We are The Deportees, from Aberdeen, Scotland.

With an emphasis on harmony-laden multi-way vocals, our music is a bit folk,
a bit rock, a bit country, a bit pop.

Our intention is to create rock music with the spirit and timelessness of Celtic folk at its heart.
The overall sound is unique; simultaneously fresh and forward-looking,
but with one foot rooted in the folk tradition.
